All members of the Hifa-Oil group supported the 18th International Trade Fair Tešanj - BiH 2024 with their participation and sent positive messages about successful business ventures, business developments and new visions for the future of the BiH economy. By continuously developing business in the direction of an increasing energy transition towards renewable sources and by improving business opportunities and employee satisfaction, all companies of the group strive to push the boundaries and be leaders in building a better business environment on the market of our country.
International Trade Fair Tešanj - BiH 2024 is an important gathering place for exchange of ideas, knowledge and good practices, where business contacts are expanded and a positive image of the BiH economy is created.
"Business fairs are generally a special story of businessmen compared to everything they do during the year. We want to send extremely serious and responsible messages in the sense that we are working, lobbying for a better future. We are sure of one thing, the strength and enthusiasm of businessmen, the discipline and responsibility of politicians can produce new energy that can pull not only BiH but also the region forward, and that is our goal," said Izudin Ahmetlić, president of the Hifa-Oil board.
In accordance with the central theme of the fair, Euro Solar organized a panel discussion on the topic of carbon dioxide emissions in export products from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Businessmen at the panel had the opportunity to find out what opportunities and challenges await them with the introduction of CBAM in 2026. The market of our country is still not ready to respond to these challenges, but businessmen through the production of energy for their needs from solar and other renewable sources can reduce their taxes on CO2 production when exporting to the EU.
Partner country of this year's fair is Republic of Indonesia, and partner city is Cazin. The fair brought together 611 exhibitors from 15 countries. The organizer of the fair is the Association of Businessmen "Biznis centar" Jelah-Tešanj.
