Ismail Barlov arrived from France bringing with him a silver medal from the Paralympic Games in Paris and great joy for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Years of hard work and disciplined training with the help and support of the coach, Amel Kapa, brought results. This is not his first medal, however, nor is it his club colleague, Ismail Zulfić. Medals followed, as did the successes they achieve together, inseparable from the first day when they formed a friendship at the training sessions held at the Olympic pool in Sarajevo.

The support they received from each other helped them to always move forward, to dream and achieve the "impossible", and the support of the people around them opened up opportunities, gave them encouragement and help at all times. Wanting to be a part of that support that will give Ismail Barlov and Ismail Zulfić additional motivation and reward them in some way for the joy they brought to everyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Hifa-Oil company led by Izudin Ahmetlić, the president of the board, hosted the boys, their parents and coach. Izudin Ahmetlić emphasized on this occasion that the boys are the pride of all of us and that the Hifa-Oil company is there for everything they need. After talking and socializing, scholarship contracts were signed, and over the next year, the boys will be provided with monthly payments for schooling and training.

"First of all, I want to congratulate you on everything you do for this country on behalf of the entire Hifa-Oil group, on behalf of all employees and on my own behalf. You guys have set the bar high and many will be ashamed not to reach it. I want you to know that you are the energy that now gives the task to others and I believe that you will motivate many, give them the good energy they need to get started. We see it and appreciate it very much. We move forward with each other and we will not get exhausted or tired in this, because know that you are not alone", said Izudin Ahmetlić, president of the Hifa-Oil board.

The story that these boys are building together has won the hearts of everyone in our country and beyond. However, this story would not have been possible if coach Amel Kapo had not founded the Spid Swimming Club in 2015, as the first and until then the only paraswimming club in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Recognizing the great role of the coach as a motivator and a person who represents an example of humanity, selflessness and kindness, the Hifa-Oil company decided to provide the coach, through a sponsorship contract, with funds for further work and activities.

"You said it well, these boys are motivators above all for me personally, and I believe all other people as well, especially now after these results. This is our new beginning, we are moving forward, we are always setting higher goals and thank you for recognizing this story. It's a very nice feeling to know that someone is there by your side," said Amel Kapo.
Ismail Zulfić, the youngest European senior record holder, and Ismail Barlov, the silver medallist for Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are inseparable, expressed their satisfaction that they received support this time around and that it will encourage them to continue being committed to their studies and training. They smile and add, "Next time, we'll go to the Olympics together and bring gold."

Hifa-Oil company remains committed to supporting boys who, with their successes, but also with their behavior, attitude towards life and the social interactions, represent a role model and inspiration.

We wish them to achieve their dreams, dreams of an Olympic gold medal.
