  • An inherent part of the corporate policy of HIFA OIL Ltd, among other, is the ongoing improvement of a unified quality and environmental management system, by which we intend to become the promoters of intensive development of positive business relations which shall be the pillars of a work environment in which everyone will be satisfied by the development of interactive relationships by the principle:


  • A GOOD CUSTOMER DESERVES THE MAXIMUM ENGAGEMENT OF THE SUPPLIER Performing the environmental and quality politics, with the aim to achieve the set goals in advance imposes the following on the management and the workers: 
  • Your relationship towards business tasks shall be exclusively put under the made set goals, your behaviour shall be adjusted to the manners specific for loyal businessmen.
  • Effort is put into solving customer 's needs, aiming to develop cooperational relationships thave a positive tendency which should result in creating a „devoted customer“,

  • Undertaking necessary measures for reducing possibly harmful impacts on the environment, (an ongoing task is the search of alternative solutions, meaning to change those aspects which may cause a harmful impact on the environment and to implement materials/raw materials which will make less waste and thus reduce the use of energy sources during its use)
  • Establish a recognisable image which gives importance to the environment in which goals are realised, and there is no disturbance of cultural, national, religious and other relationships within the community.
  • Develop creativity and progressive relationship within the community considering the employee 's needs, and their work abilities. Employee education and training in order to raise the culture on quality and performing quality politics, as well as environmental management politics,
  • Determine important aspects and effects on environment,--Intensively develop the spirit of respecting the legal principes (continuous compliance to valid laws and other provisions) which have to be the base in moving towards the set goals,
